I am so glad you have taken the time to check into Growing Deeper Women’s Ministry here at First Baptist Church in O’Fallon. My name is Tammi Patterson and I consider it an honor and privilege to serve the Lord as the director of this amazing ministry. My husband Randy and I have been married 24 years and have two wonderful kids, Meghann, 23, and Tyler, 17. Raised in Texas, I have spent all but four years of my married life living elsewhere following my soldier husband wherever the Army sent us.I discovered the wonderful world of Women’s Ministry through PWOC, a military chapel-based ministry that serves active duty and military spouses all over the world. I have a love of God’s Word and the transforming power that it has in the lives of believers; that is what motivates me to encourage other women into a deeper relationship with the Lord through small group Bible study. My prayer is that God would use the ladies of this ministry to show love and compassion to every woman who comes to one of our events. We are all broken in some way and we live in a world where love and encouragement seem to be in short supply. Through the resurrection power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we strive to show others the hope that we have in Him. I pray that you will pursue God with all that you have. He is the only thing that truly satisfies. Much love and blessings to you.
